An analog telephone adapter (ATA) can be used with a compatible fax machine~ to work with this service.

Sending and receiving faxes is now done through e-mail**. You can now have access to your faxes anytime, anywhere, and save time with automatic distribution.

This option activates the recording of all inbound and outbound calls on a phone extension, or a contact center agent extension.

Clients benefit from 24/7 access. Automated file transfers to an SFTP or FTP server can be scheduled. Audio recordings are transferred a few minutes after the call ends. There are no additional fees for extra gigabytes (GB) used for storage.

A simple solution with no additional storage fees.

The price is per user. Recordings are stored permanently on the Cloudli Connect online portal.

The call queue service efficiently routes high call volumes to a centralized group of agents. As soon as an agent becomes available, the call with the longest wait time is automatically transferred to them.

While on hold, the system plays background music and periodic announcements, offering callers the option to leave a voicemail at any time.

For enhanced flexibility, access to the call queue can be password-protected, and a maximum wait time limit can be configured. Overflow users can also be assigned to ensure optimal response times during peak call periods.

Tip: The « Custom Music on Hold » Service - FMA001 is an ideal complement to enhance your call queue's professional branding.

Each voice and SMS phone number added to the account allows a Cloudli Connect extension to send and receive text messages from its Cloudli Connect application.

The Cloudli Connect custom music-on-hold option allows clients to add their musical tracks and promotional messages, create their audio tracks, and determine the play order of the tracks.

Subscribers can store up to 50 musical tracks and 20 promotional messages. Among the stored files, up to 5 tracks are permitted to play per Custom Music on Hold option.

These audio tracks can be played when a call is placed on hold, in a simplified call queue, or in an advanced Contact Center call queue.

The rate is per block of 5 played audio tracks.
